Christopher Timothy Fowler

Christopher Timothy Fowler graduated from Medgar Evers College with a BA in elementary education in 1995.  While at Medgar Evers, Mr. Fowler started the Black and Latino Male Initiative program.  This program was geared toward bringing a positive male presence to the neighboring high school.  He has spent most of his life trying to make a difference in children's lives.  He has counseled young teens at the YMCA and was in the Big Brother program for 5 years.  He has been an elementary school teacher for the past 17 years.
In 2005, Christopher moved from Brooklyn, New York to Charlotte, NC where he has continued teaching in the CMS system.  He is currently a Pre-k teacher and 5th grade basketball coach.
He has partnered with Mr. Robinson and founded the Boys to Men Foundation to provide educational guidance, support, and mentoring to young men.  The Boys to Men Foundation is here to help at risk youth become men and grow with their family and community in a positive light.

DeAngelo Robinson

DeAngelo Robinson was an Edmond Scholar Award winner in 2001 which gave him his start in the realm of education at North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. DeAngelo is now attending The University of North Carolina at Charlotte on his way to receiving his B.A in History Education.
Mr. Robinson has taught, mentored, and coached children for over 9 years. He has worked as a football coach at Riverside HS, Orange Co. Hs, and West Charlotte HS. He currently coaches for the Carolina Bulldogs, a Charlotte based Semi-Pro football team. He has also taught in childcare development centers for the last 7 years.
